Fried fish dish is a dish which characterizes rural regions where there is rustic in Vietnam, however the dishes that I would like to introduce to you, the following prepared fried fish are originating from Thailand. You would feel when enjoying this dish with a taste very popular for many curries, which is an ingredient to be prefer to used by many Thais .
110g brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 horns chillies, thinly sliced
1 lemon juiced, bark cells
1/2 cup cilantro
600g catfish or cod meat (do cha)
2 tbsp curry Thai sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
100g chopped beans
1. Make the sauce: sugar, vinegar and 80ml water in a pot on high heat, waiting to boil, the sugar melts around 2p. Peppers, lemon peel and lemon juice, and 1 at the inputs.
2. Mix the curry fish, eggs, garlic, ginger or a blender, knead very well. For the bowl, add beans and remaining open portion. Continue to knead again, season with salt and pepper. You shape into small pellets and pressed for slightly flattened.
