Pork and honey – two ingredients that they seem born for each other. charming sweetness of the pork are closely intertwined with gentle sweetness of honey. Honey had to have a little ginger to balance that sweetness. All the ingredients that contributed to my dish, this dish called Pork fried honey and ginger.
500g pork sliced to taste
1 clove garlic shredded pulped
1 piece of ginger puree cell about 3cm
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lemon juiced
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tsp cornstarch
2 bunches of broccoli, thinly cotton, sliced in half
1. Mix the ginger and garlic pork with in one big bowl
2. Heat wok on high heat. For one half of the oil in the pan to coat. For one half of the pork and stir fry until it changes color 2-3p Transfer to large bowl, continue fried meat remaining on a half
3. Mix 2tbsp lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and rice wine. To cornstarch in a bowl, gradually add the mixture in and stir well until smooth
4. Add the pork back into the pan, followed by broccoli, sauteed 2p, the cornstarch mixture to a boil. Fry until pork 2-3p and broccoli and sauce nine matches left. Turn off heat, use hot with rice.
